Two within 12 minutes!!

Morning All,
Some advice from people in the know, please.
My wife (no, really it was) got spotted doing a little over 30 in a 30 twice at the same place in the space of 12 minutes; once going one way, then again coming back the other way.
Both tickets have come through the post, both with the offer of doing a speed awareness course.
So the question: (clutching at straws) can she do the same course for both tickets? Can she do one course for one ticket, then another course for the other? Or is it a case of doing one course for one and taking the fine and points for the other?

The Mrs. will have to suck it up and accept she'll probably do a course and also get 3 points and a fine.
Even if I wanted to I couldn't claim to have been driving on one of the occasion to do a day of 'His and Her' awareness, as I did a course within the last three years.
