Non receipt of goods - help please

Hi Everyone,
Yesterday, I purchased a ticket for a festival from a man on facebook who responded to my request on the official page.
I did a quick bit of due diligence on him ensuring he wasn't a fake profile, and ran his name through 192 and it matches with an address in Colchester where FB says he lives.
So I was reasonably comfortable to send him the £45 via bank transfer (faster payments). After 3 hours, he says he hasn't received the money. Faster payments are 99% instant, and the balance take up to 2 hours, and it is largely unheard of for it to take any longer than this to clear.
In the evening he still insisted that the money had not arrived. I called my bank, and they confirmed that the money had transferred to his account at 2.34pm.
I then asked him for a print screen of his mobile banking app showing it, and he sent me a print screen of a HSBC account. I went a bit nuclear at that point and told him to stop F****** around. He then said he'd screen shotted the wrong account, and sent me his Barclays account. The first alarm bell was that it looked like he had scrolled down the payments list to chop mine off. In addition, the transactions shown on his statement were DVLA (With his registration number showing {WTF if you were a scammer would you show this?}, Vodafone direct debits, and Hastings Insurance). Every single payment that went out was re-credited immediately, and I am led to believe that this means that he is penniless and each direct debit cannot be paid.
He said he would call Barclays today at 12.30pm to ask them, so I entertained him but I know at this stage something is up.
He replied saying that he got put on hold and they didn't answer.
What's my best course of action here? I found the scrotes parents on Facebook (he's only 18), and can get his address with relative ease (already know first half postcode).
