Tailed by Police at over 90 on the M60.....

.....and they didn't pull me over despite the fact I was driving in a Porsche Boxster at the time. In fact they didn't even bat an eyelid. They were 2 up in a marked Range Rover.

It must have been because I used my mirrors and indicators and pulled into the nearside lane when I was able to.

In fact I followed them at this speed for a couple of junctions.

A NIP is possible I suppose, we'll just have to wait and see. I certainly wasn't the only driver travelling in excess of the limit at the time.

Same sort of thing recently. Demo-ing the SL to a work colleague, doing 55-ish on a dual carriageway, BiB pull me over, asked me what the limit was (I genuinely thought it was 40), nope, 30 as it was a built up area. Keep your speed down, on your way. Thats how it should be.
