Law regarding parking bay size?
Discussion
At our uni the parking bays are tiny (and there are not enough of them to go round either, they took on too many students – that’s another story).
My 3 series has a matter of inches either side of the car when parked, it’s very risky parking because of the obvious potential for door dings, or even someone clipping the side when reversing.
Is there any legal requirement to provide adequate size parking bays on “private” land? I pay a fee to park there, but the facilities are inadequate.
