Anyone know yellow 1600 super light (R400 NOT)

Hi people

Have seen the above car for sale recently and wandered if anyone know of any history on the car?

Currently run a 996 GT3 and wandered if it would feel grossly under powered as a comparison or if should continue looking for a 6 speed 1800..Use will be occasional track days and B road driving etc.
Would obviously like an R300 or bigger but the jump in money terms is a lot more. This will be my first Caterham.
