Classics & Sevens - Dealership
Discussion
Hi Chaps,
Just sold my Caterham via C&S and must say the experience was fantastic, Callum and Andy were the exact opposite of normal car dealers and made the process painless without costing a fortune. In fact it was excellent value.
Highly recommend if you're ever selling.

Just to give this post some balance , I had a bad experience with them.
I'm not one to complain about things like this normally and put it down to experience , however in this case I am not going to keep quiet.
My ex-car is up for sale there at the moment. Feel free to PM me if you require information.

I think that soon 2nd hand might be the only option.
I am afraid that it's starting to look that the writing may be on the wall. There are a few signs you can see that production is at its lowest ever level, and that the online store is only operating on a just in time model because cc are managing cash flow by reducing stock.
Somebody told me that they don't even own the new show room in Crawley as they wanted the option to be able close it easily if they needed to change their plans.
Of course that could also easily be if they needed to move to s completely new location.
It will a sad state of affairs if the current investment and management problems means that the business is forced to close.
I think the comments made are probably correct.
I would be very surprised if CC are operating in the New Year the way things are going - no stock, reduced sales and production, it doesn't look good.
I'd hate to have a car on order at the moment - we all know what happens to a customers deposit when a company goes under!
I hope, I really hope, we're all wrong............time will tell.

Where did you get the info about reduced sales and production?I would be very surprised if CC are operating in the New Year the way things are going - no stock, reduced sales and production, it doesn't look good.
