I have a 2000 Caterham 1.6 (EU2) Superlight which was fitted with the original (less efficient) internal collector manifold and system. https://caterhamsuperlight106.wordpress.com/2015/0...

The previous owner Simon SAUNDERS had the DVA K14 - Caterham Supersport drivability kit fitted by Dave ANDREWS some time ago (Just checked my blog and found it was 1st March 2011!), who suggested the next upgrade should be a good 4-2-1 manifold and system. His website (DVA Power) recommended (amongst others) Graham FRANKLAND of EXHAUSTS BY DESIGN / EBD in BUCKINGHAM.

I have just got round to getting Graham to fabricate and fit a 4-2-1 manifold and system on my car. I am very pleased with the results and found him to be very reasonably priced and the exhaust is well made. He works on all kinds of cars and is clearly very skilled and experienced.

Well worth considering if you are considering a new exhaust.

Hi I think the nuts are mild steel however I will monitor them. I think I have some M8 copper nuts somewhere which I could switch to if they start to seize.

Intrigued about the silver grease. I have not heard of that before. I did a quick search and the only silver grease I found was for use with computers. Is that what you were referring to?

Very pleased with it. Well made and slightly quieter, which is just what is required for track days.

Really to get the best from it it's a trip back to the dyno, even if it's just to make sure it's safe fueling wise
My car has the standard EU2 ECU, so there are no changes to be made. The exhaust is basically the same spec as fitted by Caterham with the same ECU, so I am quite happy with the set up, thanks.
