Caterham inspection - help wanted

Hi all - have found a potential car, but
(i) I'm off to the US tomorrow
(ii) I'm not a Caterham expert
(iii) even if I was home, it is 300 miles from me

Is there anyone on here who lives in Hampshire who might be willing to look at the car for me, to check it out for wear/damage/issues - ideal if you have decent mechanical knowledge, but particularly Caterham knowledge. And even better if you're following the market a bit, so can tell me if it's an ok deal, price-wise.

Fuel costs covered and beer tokens available.....

Or, if anyone knows a good independent Caterham specialist down there, can you pass on their details? I've tried Caterham (South) themselves, but they're fully booked in service until June.....

downsman, I agree - I am not going to take anyone's word as the final say-so, I'm just looking for some enthusiastic expert opinion, or a garage recommendation, to help me make up my mind.....
