Caterham S3 offset range

information I have gathered so far is that on an S3 front and rear offset is normally 24?!

But what range of offset is possible?

Thks. , does this mean I could use quite different offsets with regards to the geometry of the front axle? And it is not so important to have the center of the wheel where according to construction of the front axle it should be?
Of course not taking into account space within the front wing and other things.
