Now then, having given my car a bit of a once over I've noticed the crutch straps have rubbed a little on the edge of the seat hole. Since they went out of date in 2007 and I've just bought a Simpson hybrid I'm thinking perhaps I should get a new one. What are people using? the caterham specific ones only seem to be four point which are no good as the cars used extensively on track. Will a single seater harness fit? I don't think I need the 2 inch to3 inch hans shoulder strap type with my Simpson.

Any suggestions?

Just be careful how the adjustability is made... Some Caterham specific harnesses, on the lower harness, are pull down instead of the Caterham branded Luke's that pull up, making the latter easier to adjust.
Thats a good point my current willans one is a pull down, it's right faff

Titon looks like the best option then. I'll try and call meteor when I get 5 minutes.

I was going to, but I couldn't find anything to attach them to!
I think they are usually attach to bushes in the chassis rail at the very bottom of the rear bulkhead. Mine certainly are

I now have a HANNS/Hybrid set of belts available that I worked with Prima - Titon to develop.

I have already sold many many sets as they have the 2" shoulder straps stepping up to 3" at the buckle.

They are less than half the cost of the Simpson or Schroth versions.

I won't link to my site as I think its against the rules.
Thanks for the post Simon I'll be in touch. I nearly passed out when I saw how much the Schroth belts are

Got my Schroth harnesses from Germany as they worked out cheaper. Not sure how the exchange rate is these days.
