Hello and greetings to my fellow british Pistonheads,

I own a '99 Superlight R with the full conversion to R400 spec. Including the Titan Rollerbarells. These are currently my problem: They`re leaking vacuum and that to a point where I can`t really enjoy the car anymore, as it bucks like a angry bull at partial throttle. At least I can rev it with brake cleaner banghead

Long story short, I'm in dire need for a full gasket kit including ALL wear items. Titan themselve don't really react to my mechanics mails sadly.

Thanks and cheers!
Klaus

PS: I'd Upload a picture of the Indúction, but I'm sadly within the first 14 days wink

I'm quite comfortable talking english, but I'd much appreciate the Website or Phone Nummer of the correct Company. I remember finding three companies called titan in the UK wich all seem to do car based Businesssmile

Thank you two dearly. Cheers Mates!

Btw does somebody have a manual or tutorial about those rollerbarells?

So I was in contact with Brian Love at Titan. Very helpful lad, who passed me the explosion view schematics. Turns out the barrells are just sealed via

a) The Gasket to the head
b) Washers at the nuts and bolts
c) the ball bearings.

And what I guess is a lot of sealing goo along the sides. As soon as my barrells are here in France I'll upload a few pictures if anyone ever facet the same issue.

@DVAndrews
I've sent you a message smile
