Hi. Sorry for my bad english in advance, but I'll try to explane my problem. I had a problem with no power, rpm use to go only up to 3000rpm, I've connect faults scanner and find out that EGR is faulty. So I removed it and cleaned it, but that did not sort out the problem, so assuming this I bought used working order EGR valve, but also dicided at the same time to remove and clean it intake manifold and the hose from intake manifold to EGR valve. In order to remove/access intake manifold I had also to remove fuel rail steel lines to injectors. After cleaning all parts I've put everything back together, double checked all plugs and did try to start it, but couldn't, engine just kept cranking, but no luck. I've done some research and find out, that can be some air in the fuel system, so I bought priming pump to get all air out of the system, but that also didn't help. I did try to unscrew one line from injector and have a look is there any fuel coming out while cranking, but unfortunately no fuel at all coming out, I thought there is still some air so I kept priming and cranking, i even did try the whole can of easy start spray, but engine works only while I spraying. Assuming that in fuel lines to injectors there is no fuel pressure I've play around fuel pump and luckely I managed to get fuel pressure in lines by disconnecting fuel pump regulator valve and cranking engine, so I thought thats it, I need new regulator valve. So I bought the whole almost new fuel pump unit just for 90£, because brand new regulator valve cost 88£ on ebay. I thought I'll by whole unit just in case. I received part and replaced fuel regulator valve, but there is still the same problem - the pressure built up only with fuel regulator valve disconnected, but no matter how long I would crank the engine it won't start. Where is the problem - fuel pump? I already lost hope ever to start this damn car... Please help guys!.... Thanks.
