Digital combat simulator, any good?

Anyone got any experience of this? Found some youtube vids while browsing. I dont have a gaming PC but my dad would love this sort of thing.

He's into flight sim, loves spending ages setting all the FMS and autopilot up. My dad is Avionics, a weird breed - they love all that button pressing crap! He'll be right at home, loves a good pre-flight.

Me on the other hand, im A&E. Turn it off/on and if all fails, Bash it until it works

So general consensus is that its good for a freebie?
