DiRT Rally - a brand new, actually hardcore rally sim for PC

Hot off the press! Codemasters announced and released (early access, so far with 17 cars and 36 stages from three locations - Wales, Monte Carlo and Acropolis) a new DiRT game.
No rewinds, no gymkhana, just rally cars with realistic physics. No microtransaction DLC (like Dirt 3 had...), and they're still working on the wheel physics setup to get it juuuust right, but so far the simracers I've heard have tested it rate it highly on accuracy.

I'm going to get this tomorrow. If I get it tonight I don't think I'll go to bed at a reasonable time.
