PS4 Game Insipration Needed

So I've tried to get into Fallout 4 but I'm just not gelling with it - 8 hours in and I find it as frustrating as hell!
Going to use as a part exchange for something else. It's just.....I look on the shelves and there's nothing inspiring me right now.
My library currently consists of : GTA V, Witcher 3, Dragon Age, PES 2016.
Have played and traded Dying Light, Until Dawn and Metal Gear : Phantom Pain.
Had my fill of open world titles for the time being....
Thinking of something that's either pick up and play for a quick 30 minute fix like PES 2016 or a bit "different" like Until Dawn.
Any inspiration????

Played the uncharted series on PS3 and whilst the idea of a shiny new rendition of that appeals, to me it's all about the story and the set pieces and I'm not convinced it's something that would have the same "wow" factor second time around.
Interested in Star Wars Battlefront - not a huge fan of multiplayer however so would like a fair chunk of single player enjoyment in there also. Assume missions are canned and there is no campaign mode as such?
Last of Us is a good shout - I'd played a little on PS3 and then loaned the game to a "friend" ( who promptly left the country without returning it! ) so I should revisit.
Dark Souls / Bloodborne series - I have to say I find them too depressing, had numerous swings at the Dark Souls universe and it's too heavy for my liking. I've assumed that Bloodborne is more of the same but "next gen".
Alien Isolation....I find I have a tendency to rage quit sneak-em ups, I kinda view this title as the mother of all sneak-em ups - maybe I'm wrong?
Borderlands - been eying up the Handsome Collection, but it's falling into the open world bucket again.
Walking Dead - played series 1 on PC and really enjoyed it.....might dip into the second series...
As for persisting with Fallout 4. I'm actually a bit angry with this title. I played and completed Fallout 3 : New Vegas and had played the whole isometric Fallout 2 series on PC ages ago....so I get the lore and the mindset behind the titles and I do like the ideas behind the game.
But Bethesda have just been lazy - the mission structure in what I've played so far is lacking imagination or any real feeling of engagement, it's basic mission structuring from 10 years ago. The character models are ridiculously poor so you don't even feel a connection ( if that's the right word ) with the characters in the game - I mean the guy in the daft stetson who heads up the Minutemen looks like he's made of wood and has voice acting to go with it. Animation of in world enemies is laughable - like thunderbird puppets.....I mean it's an RPG with a focus on gun play...so maybe make an effort with making the enemies look a bit more lifelike.

Alien Isolation, Bloodborne and Dark Souls (1&2) are very hard games (assuming you play Alien isolation on hard or nightmare) and you are right they are depressing, however for me, from that depressing environment comes the greatest rewards when you finally win a battle or achieve some feat you have previously failed at a dozen or (very much WAY) more already.
I'm trying to work out what sort of game you have really enjoyed if open world awesomeness or extremely challenging hack n slash games are not your thing? :-)
Maybe then we can recommend something closer to your wants.

Oh don't get me wrong - I enjoy open world stuff ( Witcher 3, GTA V being a couple of my favourite titles from recent years ), just played too much lately and can't get the time to immerse myself into another open world.I'm trying to work out what sort of game you have really enjoyed if open world awesomeness or extremely challenging hack n slash games are not your thing? :-)

Problem I have is 2 kids under the age of 4 kind limits play time to 30 minute bursts at the moment - if I'm lucky - so pick up and play ( episodic adventure or sports maybe? ) for a quick fix look like the sweet spot at the moment.

Alien : Isolation has been set aside for the time being as it was as hard as nails and I was growing tired of restarting constantly.
Same goes for Bloodborne!!!!
