Minecraft Story Mode

My daughter got minecraft story mode at the weekend for her Xbox 360 and says she completed episode 1. We therefore downloaded and installed episodes 2 and 3 however when she goes to start episode 2, it won't start.

Is there something she needed to do in episode 1 to 'unlock' episode 2 even though it's installed?

I don't play the game so I've no idea.

I do have a season pass and have downloaded and installed episodes 2 and 3 to he Xbox 360 hard drive.

It's just when she presses 'A' to select episode 2, it makes the noise to acknowledge its been pressed but nothing else happens.
