next PS4 game- Mafia or GTA 5

have played Battlefield 1 to death, and am fancying something a bit longer lasting (i dont play online multi player)

given the latest "Mafia" game or GTA5 whats your choice? have enjoyed both games previously in various versions, looking for something to hold my attention a few weeks/months as a solo player.

GTA5 ordered for the princely sum of £23!

already finished fallout 4, The last of us and Battlefield 1. bored to tears at present so want something to get my teeth into with a long lifespan.
The last of us was the best thing by far ive had on PS4 yet!

So two nights into GTA5 and loving it. Have jumped out of the blimp, shot a cat, stolen dozens of cars and bikes, got body armour shotguns and grenades and am having a ball.
The in car driving and shooting is tricky but it's just a massive laugh.
I can see me wasting months at this. :-)

no tbh i dont usually online game, maybe i will try it in future but i just enjoy doing my own thing. i want to have a few months at this i imagine! :-)

not yet, met the first character (Michael) last night.

Really enjoying it. Done a few missions now, got a fair arsenal of weapons and a few new contacts . Some funny bits and pieces in the game to make you chuckle with the crazy bits. Had a general mess about last night chucking grenades and then shooting down the police helicopters until the swat team and snipers arrived :-)

i'm already loving Trevor, the first shootout at the meth lab was mental, as was the redneck challenge, and i'm enjoying the use of a grenade launcher generally just destroying things and shooting "critters".
hes got money to burn too, so i'm buying shares and property which adds another dimension, and have a massive armoury already which makes life easier :-)

50% complete but having a rest from missions and just doing daft stuff tbh. Won the speedboat races, done most of the flying training , currently enjoying the weapon drop and flying side missions plus rampages :-)
