Just bought xbox 360 & pro evo 6!! connection query

caved into temptaation at lunchtime and bought myself a 360 with PGR3 and Pro Evo 6. Just waiting to finish work at 8pm now...

When connecting to a HD tv, can you just use the cable that comes with it or is there a better cable out there?

i have a 52" lcd rear projection that has HDMI or DVI (cannot remember which) as well as a PC input (VGA) so which will give me the best picture?
