Forza 3 - paint jobs

Im currently designing a BSM learner paint job for a corsa.

Anyone else got any ideas or anything they are working on??

its not like anyone on here will steal the ideal... i hope... lol.

im just trying to think of original ideas as opposed to the ring taxi i had planned or the police car!
what do you rekon??

i just have a laptop running next to the screen with the car im copying then just go from there!!

you can do that, but i havent, i just took a picture of the screen on my iphone, emailed it to myself, saved it then uploaded via the Beta thing on PH simples.


With regard to the painting, im no expert by any means, some of the cars you see are simply mind blowing, i bought an E30 m3 in FM2 that was picture perfect replica of the warsteiner cars.

The PH logo i did i found easy, as i did one for FM2.

basically its a series of circles that get smaller. so if i want a black circle with a white rim around it... you make one big black circle, then a smaller white one inside it, then make a smaller black one inside that. you finish up with a black circle with a white pin stripe.

it works the same for all the bits on the PH logo, its shapes covered by shapes. PM me if you like and as im over at GF's tomorrow ill be bored while shes at work, i can do a step by step of the PH logo.

for the PH police car, do you rekon S60 or Saab 9'3??

Yeah i havent tried sending them yet, but i cant see why you couldnt, that or gift me the car and ill put it on. as im putting them up for sale.. and wouldnt charge a ph'er!!

Yeah, that would be great! I'm actually getting it tomorrow once it's released, so once i've had a mess around tomorrow night and got some cars in the garage, I'll send you over a Saab or BMW or something similar. Cheers

no problem matey. i can do the M5 but i thought it was a bit OTT for a plod car! wouldnt take me long to transfer it onto one if you would like one though.

well there is a bit called storefront, which is like the auction house, but for paint jobs and tunes instead of cars. there are PH smileys in there for free (mine inc) so very easy to join. If you want a specific paint from one of the cars us ph'er have made im sure if you ask nicely you will get given it!

why didnt i think of that... it looks ace!! i might have a crack at making my own slightly different version today today!

FYI sirdorb once you download it, it shows up in my designs/logo's as a locked item. so its yours indefinetly

ETA: ive put a UK plate in teh store front if anyone wants one.

PS dont buy an M5, driver level 11 gifts you one.. i made that mistake and now have 2!!
