What DSLR/camera for Video & Photos?
Discussion
Looking for some advice. I sold my Nikon d5000 previously as I wasn't using it much. It wasn't very good for video (720p Resolution, No mic input etc). I want to pick up something that I can use for video whilst also photos.
Without very much research into what really makes a good all-round camera I had been looking into the following:
Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera (Down to around £600 now)
Canon 5d Mk2 (Used - around £800-900 on eBay)
GoPro HD Hero 3+ (These can be purchased for around £240)
They're all very different propositions, the 5d seems to be a favorite but I'm unsure how reliable an older/used DSLR would be.
Any thoughts or suggestions on what else to take a look at? I would probably consider a budget of £1000 with a decent lens etc.

What types of photography/filming are you intending to do?
The GoPro is only really useful for action-type stuff. It's too limited for most other roles.
The 5D2 is great, and gets used professionally. The 7D is another good option, and is about to be replaced by a mark 2 version, so secondhand prices should fall in the not too distant future.
The 6D is another option - full frame as opposed to the 7D's 1.6x crop, and around the same price second hand as the 5D2.

I would love something that can do what the GoPro does (car mounted, stable video) and to use a handheld/tripod mounted for walking around etc.
