Card included in pic for reference. This does not compare with my larger drone, but has some interesting features...takes a 32GB micro SD card, 1080p@30fps,15 megapixels stills. 12 mins flying time, 20-30 min recharge. Have not tried it yet, but should be fun. I sometimes use a drone when offroading in the desert But its a pain to carry a big case of gear, nd this seems to have a role for casual throwaway stuff...we will see.
General sense is that it needs very still air to work for vid Good for stills though .Not a substitute for a larger drone with a GoPro but useful as like an iPhone for unexpected stuff - just leave it in the car.. I did the pre-order last year through IndieGoGo, a startup site. No guarantees you get anything but there are lots of original ideas and you can subscribe in advance.The thing was cheap, and probably more a precursor of the next wave than a brilliant product. We will see at the weekend. I ned to get a memory card for it.
