I want to create some 360 VR for a more immersive experience next year and spice up the videos I have been creating...

I have got better as the year has gone on at editing, but still feel limited by the cameras I have.

I checked the WIKI and did a search but couldn’t find a thread discussing how to…

Annoyingly half way through the year the MSA decided suction mounts with a secondary attachment were no longer acceptable so some are just a single camera... anyway I digress…

Is there a better way of doing the 360 thing other than this?

I have 3x GoPro Hero4 at the moment so am half way there.

Thanks for the replies, I think I am going to go with the Nikon KeyMission 360 as suggested earlier. Looks really good and not too expensive.

Would have been great for Saturday's race...

I have the Ricoh Theta S, and put it on my racing car at the beginning of this season at Donington. It didn't work very well, as the camera got confused about the orientation, so the video moves around a bit and spoils it. Doing it with 6 Go Pro's would be better, and give great quality. Here's the footage I got (only supported in some browsers on You Tube)

Thanks for the video. I agree this isn't what I am after and spoils the whole thing. I wonder with the Nikon you can lock the orientation...?

6 GoPro's is working out at £2k+ given I only have 3 cameras at the moment so only want to spend that kind of money if there is no other option.
