Video footage pinched and used in TV advert

Can anyone point me in the right direction how to resolve this?

Some footage has been lifted from one of my YouTube videos and used on a TV advert. Who would I speak to regarding how to claim for copyright theft?

To update this.

I spoke to a solicitor, emailed the company who's advert it was.

Couple of hours later the production company called and were very sorry down the phone. Claimed that they paid someone else for my footage (So some prick is selling my footage)

Told me they'd put me in touch with the guy they bought the footage from and pay me for the footage.

£500 and I've been asked to do a couple of filming jobs for them. (That I'll be paid for as well)
