Recommend a reasonably priced tripod
Discussion
Hi all,
Could someone recommend me a reasonably priced (<£80?) tripod for Travel and Night time photography?
Perhaps this? It might be a little small though?

The critical factor might be length when folded - do you have a figure in mind? Or max weight perhaps? - in which case CF is your friend.
Regardless, a decent tripod will last you decades so don't skimp on the price of a few lunches to get a good one.
I will need to check what I can fit in my backpack/hand luggage when I get home, I imagine something around 40cm? Regardless, a decent tripod will last you decades so don't skimp on the price of a few lunches to get a good one.
That CF one at Wex looks good although I can't find anything about it on the internet and there are no reviews and the specifications are confused as they say:
Leg material: aluminium
The Redsnapper ones look great too but possibly slightly too long at 46cm? I'll have to check.

If you're anything like me the initial budget will never be kept to. Completely ignoring your £80 budget, I can highly recommend the Manfrotto Befree range (@£130ish).
There are quite a few reviews on YouTube, including this sponsored review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TONC7GKliOY

I like the Red Snapper ones but the smallest one doesn't fold up enough.
This folds up enough and includes head in the fold up height.
Argh. Budget...
Thanks for pointing it out though...
