TVR S2 Wheel Refurb - Shadow Chrome

Now I'm sure this post will probably upset the purists out there, but here are some before and after pics of my wheels which have just been powder coated.
I realise that as standard, the wheels should be diamond cut and lacquered, but after researching this method online I found a few people complaining that the finish doesn't last as long as they would have hoped. I'm not going to be washing and waxing the wheels after every drive, so I wanted something that would stand up to everyday use, and also manage being parked outside without corroding.
I decided to go for a 'shadow chrome' powder coat finish which a local bodyshop suggested. The wheels were sprayed black, and then a silver effect was sprayed over the top. I'm pretty happy with the result as they aren't too shiny, but still seem to suit the car well.
Anyway, another possibility for others thinking of going down the low maintenance route!
