Hi everyone,

This is just a quick note to ask all attendees to PM or email me their TVRCC membership number and expiry date.

Also can I gauge numbers who might want me to explore accommodation locally and for maybe a curry the night before.
And whether you'd want to share a twin or have a single. I will then make some fresh enquiries.

List of attendees:

1. Max (scoobimax)
2. Mike (phillpot)
3. Steve (TopGearTVR)
4. Andy (AutoAndy)
5. Chris (themee)
6. Andy (AndyLynch)
7. Glen (glenrobbo)
8. Simon (sjs357)

Not long now :-)

Cheers

Max

Not sure what time they want us there for but if it's later than 8, head to
Mine and we can head up together (15 mins tops).

Might even do you a brew.

Perhaps meet up with those staying overnight.

When is it and what is the price ?
It's 15/09 but is full unfortunately - you can be next reserve in case of any cancellations so long as you're a current TVRCC member.

Latest update:

The contract has been signed and returned to Blyton Park.

From posts, I see logistics a bit like this.

Max - stopping at home
Steve - bunking down at Max's
Andy W - possibly bunking down at Max's

Glen - hotel to be arranged (I'll make some enquiries)
Andy L - hotel to be arranged (I'll make some enquiries)

Simon - travelling on the day}
Mike - travelling on the day } brave boys!!!
Chris - travelling on the day}

Sunday night - those stopping over heading to the local curry house and hostelries; eat curry and drink beer.

Monday - all meet up at the hotel that Glen and Andy L stay at (tbc); convoy over to Blyton (15 /20 mins drive); consume bacon butties; briefing and sighting laps; thrash round Blyton Park; and finally de-brief and review any video footage at Blyton Ice-cream parlour http://blytonicecream.co.uk/

Crash helmets will be required and can be hired from Blyton if you haven't got one (not sure of cost but think it was £10 last year when I did this)

Looking forward to this

Max
