OZ 8 spoke wheel centres

Wheels are off to be refurbished, I've pushed the 4 wheel caps/centres out, can the domed TVR piece in the centre be removed/replaced mine are pretty scabby?

Thanks for the suggestions. I ended up removing the old tatty tvr discs from the centres of the original caps, as suggested by Griffinr, then buying domed resin self adhesive TVR centres off ebay, 45mm fitted just about right. Removing the old discs was fiddly, if you try and prise them out from the outside you risk damaging the original plastic centres, I ended up boring through the middle of the disc and then with a lot of huffing and puffing managed to get them out by slipping a screwdriver underneath them. I'm very pleased with the outcome, thanks again for the help.
