Thanks for the offer Mick but I'm in the process of making a header rail by building up layers of plywood. This will either be the header rail itself or make a mould for a glass fibre one. The problem I now need to solve is how to make roof fabric seal to the windows. I still need the moulding which hods the roof to the rear tub if anyone has one surplus to requirements. Thanks again for the offer.

Are you looking to keep them as spares? If not PM me please. I need to see how the edges of the Surrey Top seal against the side windows so I can have a think about how to make the hood.

I don't suppose you have the moulding which holds the rear section of the hood to the tub? Cheers! beer

No problem! As you can see from my other thread, I've been busy laugh The pictures are realy helpful, thank you. Can you tell me (i) what holds the flaps/seams over the tops of the windows in place; is or just the tension on the hood when it's in place? & (ii) how effective are they at keeping the rain out when on the move?

Thanks again thumbup

Brilliant! Thanks again. Looks like I'm trying to over-engineer this aspect of it.

Sorry; another question. Is there a bit of piping inside the outer seam? Thanks.
