Installing front upper/lower Powerflex bushings

I just noticed that unlike the rear trailing arm bushings, the fronts all are single piece. Before I start disassembling the front end, I'm wondering how difficult it will be to push these on? Any experience out there?

Not sure what WD is... Ed?
Unfortunately I have the one-piece units. All I can imagine is that they will need to be forced in like the original stock units. This appears to show how.
