Thanks to you guys for helping out so far with our various requests for help with organising SCH
2015, now getting very close.
Gazebos we now have in abundance, but volunteers to help set up, help with marshalling arrivals on the Monday, handing out voting forms, selling raffle tickets will be required. Alan & I will need all the help we can get. ( Well somebody said I need help wink )

If any of you attending Sat & Sun have room to bring coolboxes to store barbeque food, that would be appreciated.

Thanks to all who have promised raffle prizes so far:

Alan W: A very valuable bottle of Vintage Cask Strength Single Malt.
Mike Luck of David Gerald/CWR: Vouchers for Race Day Tickets at a Tuscsn Challenge Event
TVRCC: Various desirable Club-related items
Niiige: Lots of Lovely things you'll hope to win
Phillpot: A beautiful shiney set of spanner things
RayTVR: A pair of Axle Stands that Longers is itching to get his hands on...
Deeman: Two pairs of Cologne V6 Rocker Gaskets ( with the anti-crush inserts to prevent over-tightening )
Glenrobbo: A bottle of rose fizzy bubbly stuff for the ladies and other stuff that is more manly
TinksV8S: A 1 litre bottle of Bells whiskey

Apologies if I have missed anybody.

Many thanks for your generosity, keep 'em coming folks, so we can do our very best for our chosen worthwhile cause this year.

Without your support, this event would not happen.

It's gonna be a special weekend cloud9

Edit: TurboTony, are we still ok for supply of your birthday celebratory bunting? Enough will be sufficient, more would be plenty. Whatever your manservant can manage. wink
A few 10 yard lengths?

I have sent SMS texts to Alan W & DamianS3 re getting that Malt to SCH.

Don't forget about my complete alarm with all wires and connections
......and the star prize, generously donated by Barry because his scrap metal collector man refused to take it, is a comprehensive diy alarm / immobilizer installation system kit, with alarm ultrasonic sensors, an earsplitting siren, one-touch de-activator, seventeen way arming device and detonator trigger and long-life lithiun backup supply source.
Definitely well worth it's weight in the copper content alone.
Very, very effective, if properly fitted, your S will be properly immobilized. In fact it won't be going anywhere. Not at all. Not one bit. No siree.

It comes with no instructions but I am told Longers can install it for you in a matter of a few weeks, given his new-found electrical expertise.

Don't all fight over the raffle tickets, please form an orderly queue. smile

Thankyou Tinks and Tony. All bunting offers gratefully accepted. smile

Tony, I thought you would have a servant to open your presents for you...
Or have you very benevolently given him the day off?

Hoping to get the display area set out by close of play on Saturday, we will be busy at Stratford most of Sunday, and leaving it until Monday morning is cutting it too fine. PPPPP!

Thanks for the kind offers Andy. smile

On Monday we will need marshals to point people to their parking zones according to my master plan, then we require volunteers to sell raffle tickets, and some impartial Dark Siders to count the votes for "Best of each model" awards.

Also two highly trained armed guards to look after Alan W's Single Malt Whiskey raffle prize in the high security lock-down zone.

For the rest of the weekend, we'll just make it up as we go along. wink

Looking forward to seeing you both.

Morning Glen,
I realise that you have sufficient gazebos now but thought I mention that Lidl have some on offer this week-no idea if they are a good buy or not.
Can't make the weekend so wish you & all the others a most enjoyable time.beerbiglaughparty
Hi Jeremy,
Thanks for the info, I noticed that Aldi have the same offer next Thursday, they look like good value, but I have run out of space. Poor Austin will be loaded to the gunwhales!
Sorry you can't make it, but see you around sometime this year no doubt.

Take care,
Glen
