Rack pretty easy to fit if you take a brave pill.
Not sure if steering column uj will present a challenge - on the V8S I used the V6 uj which was shorter and a perfect fit.
Provided it fits under the bonnet the pump shouldn't create any major issues.
Anyone wanting to take the plunge I'm happy to help in any way I can.

They are a TVR part no longer available - they go for that or more on eBay. I paid nowhere near that but it was right place right time.

I've got to ask why you would need to fit power steering to an S - I don't find the steering heavy; a bit lively and without a lot of feel perhaps but not heavy.
Or does this mean I have a strange set up / alignment compared to most?
If you are not getting steering feel it definitely isn't set up right

I lost a lot of faith in the Corsa electric route after it failed in my Dads Meriva. Vauxhall said many thousands were subject to recall for replacement but as it had been looked at by an independent garage we could in a nutshell get stuffed.

As said when it failed it was almost impossible to turn the wheel. Very very heavy. Don't know which Corsa generation it was based on - 53 reg.
If you have one try turning the steering with the key in accessory position.
Trouble is it only failed randomly it wasn't a hard fault.
Vauxhall said it was a well known fault they had done loads.
