It does sound like a lot in one go, but if you were to buy a set of naff 8-spokes (with centre caps), pay for a good quality diamond cut and lacquer, and then put a set of decent tyres on, you wouldn't be far off what he's asking.

No But I do know how much it all adds up to from the refurb on my Estorils. It was by no means a top quality powder coat job and, as Phillpot will very quickly point out, I did get them at a very reasonable price in the first place I did fork out for alloy centre caps and specially turned down socket bolts. I took about two years to finally get them on the car and when I added it all up, I got quite a shock.

I do like those split-rim look-a-likes, especially on the V8S. Almost worth all that extra polishing.

A set of OZ split-rims for £1000, or these for £350.

Bit of a no-brainer really.
