Chassis colour change
Discussion
I'm not a fan of the Red Chassis, particularly on my Car which is metallic green.
I will be having the chassis refurbished very soon, what are peoples thoughts on a change of colour on the Chassis?
I was contemplating a grey, i'd like to keep the car as close to original as possible to protect it's future value, would a colour change affect this?
Any colour beats rust brown i guess !!

Back on topic, if it really matters what colour you paint the chassis will it look good next to all the other components?
Silicone hoses, cable ties, spring etc.
Is there scope for painting things that move a contrasing colour, without it looking too busy?
I think that's a valid point, most of the items i am preparing for the rebuild are basic colours. I.E hubs are plated, calipers are black etc.
To my mind the bonus of a light coloured chassis is the advantage of seeing any chips/damage that occurs, therefore addressing it before it gets to far.
