Question for those of you who have replaced your HT leads. When ordering a set of leads for the 2.8i did you order a set for the Capri or the Granada? Are they the same anyway? Thanks in advance thumbup

Magnecore quoted me over £20 for a king-lead earlier this year. In the end I got one for £3.50 (Rists cable) and put another £3.00 of parts in the boot to make up another if the cheap one ever fails. Magnecore, good value? I don't think so, and when I spoke to him, like a lot of "specialists", so far up his own backside he probably hasn't seen the sun for some time. Got to give them credit for building their reputation though, and no doubt if you want something special for a racer or very high performance vehicle then probably worth the money. But for a low mileage bog standard production engine, I don't think so.

For the benefit of those of us who haven't had the pleasure of the "green glory", could you post up some photos please?

The blue air pipe clashes a bit. Can't you get a green one? laugh It's coming on nicely. Did you have the rocker covers powder coated or painted?

That's just what I'm thinking about. Were the insides powder coated as well? If not, how did you arrange for the insides to be masked off?
