Rear shock lengths s3 vs v8

And all I wanted to do was lower the rear...

If possible could someone let me know the lengths of v8 vs v6 shocks.. Nitron only do a v8 item and it's at its lowest setting already on my car so must be longer...

Also are the fronts and rears the same length.?

Sorry for the questions, looks like I may have to stick with the v6 arms and either mod the shocks or perhaps the mounting points..

Or maybe just leave them as they are with the rear a little high (IMHO)

You would have thought but with the shorter springs the damper is virtually out of range, Nitron will rebuild with a shorter body but it's getting pricy.

Looks like I may be able to use them in the front and get new for the rear perhaps.. I'll ring them again tomorrow and discuss options.. then make a call.

I have a pair of front & rear dampers in the garage but it's a bit difficult to get to at the moment. The garage, not the dampers If no one else can help I'll try and get in there tomorrow.

Who did your progressive springs ?

Always thought that would be a good option.
