Not my shed unfortunately, it is a friend who is the fabricator of the chassis. After sandblasting the old one I thought it best to see about making one.
He has done a vixen chassis as well.
Rolled tube and thicker than the original a bit heavier but should last a while, I have given it a red oxide and a two pack paint, so if any chips come up I should spot them every year and be able to touch up.
well that is the plan.
I did not even know about dropping the sump you have given me a headache now thanks. I thought I had covered every base.
At present I am stripping down hubs, rear drums, drive shaft and props cleaning up and replacing bearings etc.
Pics to follow soon.
