Does anyone have experience of having the badges on the car restored ?
Mine are looking very sorry for themselves with the black paint having flaked off and they are also full of old polish, and are letting the appearance of the car down.

I could find two places who restore badges.

Leven Technology will restore badges to better than new standards by filling all the grooves with resin. They charge £35 each.

Badgecraft restore the badges by enamelling them, so the result is also a smooth finish across the whole badge, but a much higher price of £85 each (I know, ouch !). They have a very very long waiting list, I am provisionally booked in for April !

Would be happy to hear from people with experience of the above companies, or other companies you may have used and were happy with.

Thanks !

Stuart

I may be interested - 2 x TVR and 1 x V8.
Are these reconditioned or new and I'm interested in whether the badge is filled (resin or enammel) to leave a smooth finish. I worry that resin will always discolour over time.

Car long since sold but I used Badgecraft and the quality was exceptional. Highly recommended.
