Drawing to a close one of the more tedious threads this winter,

http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

Here is what’s been achieved…

ECU mounted on a sliding tray for easy access.
Fuse box repositioned so it is accessible from the glove box.
All under-dash wiring sorted and tidied up.
New compact radio/MP3 player found & fitted. http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
Replaced instrument light bulbs with 5w ones so now quite a bit brighter.
Console switch lights replaced with LED’s. http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
Fixed the heater control fibre optics.
Fitted coloured lenses to the heater controls.
Fresh air hoses to centre console replaced (Thanks Mark)
Seat panel replaced.
Made a cover for the centre console “bit-box”
Replaced interior light door switches.
Re-veneered dash, centre console switch plate and door trims (Excellent job by London Carriage Craft).
Replaced the steering column trim (Thanks Jaye).
Fixed the oil warning light (Thanks Chris)
Fitted an indicator warning beeper (Thanks Brian).

Brian also helped me re-install the dash on Monday and the road tax arrived on Friday so we’re back on the road. rofl

Now I just need to find out why the tick over is a bit rough, replace the battery and try and ge the reversing lights working. Minor details!!
