Hi all,

I have a medical appointment in Harley Street in a weeks time (Sunday 10am).

I live in Cornwall

I am driving to London but I am not sure of the best way to get to HS? I can either drive all the way in and use one of the 2 Q-Parks, or I can drive in and park elsewhere and get a taxi or Uber if I set up an account, but no idea how much this will cost? Or I can get the Subway which I hate using due to pickpockets and being crammed in next to people.

Any ideas please? How busy will the centre of London and traffic from the M4/A4 to Harley Street be at 10am?

Also it is a 5 hour appointment so I will be leaving London at 3pm, can I expect to get stuck in traffic during 5pm rush hour on a Sunday?

Thank you!

Has anyone used the Harley Street Q-Park, does it have an entrance/exit on the HS side or do you have to walk out of the in-ramp and all the way round?

Thanks all for the help.

All went swimmingly. The parking spots outside were not free on Sundays according to the machines?

Anyway everything went well except the machine did not accept the bar code they emailed me, and there were no members of staff available at the carpark, it said to press a blue button for help and there was no blue button.

Therefore I had to pay for 24hr of parking at the machine on my card as well as having already paid for it in advance.

They say if you book online you get a discount but it was the same price, also on the machines it said scan your bar code in for a discount on your payment even though I had paid for the whole parking fee already?

So it cost me nearly £80 to park for 6 hours. Lovely.

BTW glad I went early, the google maps satnav on my iphone 4s took me to the general area (the park) but would not get me to harley street, it kept redirecting me to drive up one way streets and as I followed their direction to "get round the back" it would not re-route me. Supposed to be accurate to within 5m more like 4 blocks!
