The New Fastlane Site has gone live today, The date for this years show is Sunday 13th May

This year we have decided to allow all display vehicles free entry, while donations to our chosen charities can be made on the day, Any questions just ask

It is a shame to make people choose between the two events, sadly CITP have moved a week early this year but there are more than enough cars to make both events a success. We have been amazed by the initial interest and hope you all like the new look site

Fastlane 2012 is getting ever closer, remember although we are not charging for display cars this year you will still need to register, just drop us an e-mail from the site www.fastlaneshow.co.uk

Northumbria Helicopter's are bringing a Helicopter along and will be offering passenger flights throughout the day, to avoid disappointment book your space now, see site for details, (flight's will be weather dependent)

Fastlane 2012 is 5 weeks on Sunday and who would believe it, Summer is over and the snow is back lol

seriously though things are starting to come together nicely with some serious metal booked in.

If you want to bring a car along to the show remember you do need to pre register but all display cars will be free of charge,

Number's are always hard to predict with weather etc but the last two year's we have had around the 300 car mark registered, keep everything crossed for sunshine and we might top that. Things are certainly coming together nicely now and we have had a great response this year to the free entry for show car's.

The date on the form is just a guide and Im pleased to say it has worked as we have more cars booked this year than the same point last time round.

Well over 200 car's aswell as trader's, live band, things for the kids and if the weather is kind Northumbria Helicopter's will be offering passenger flights

Been round at Tynedale Rugby Ground most of the day and very pleased with how firm the ground is, Everything is coming together for the 3rd edition of Fastlane.

Our website went down last night due to sheer volume of traffic through it but have no fear everything is going ahead as planned,

Gates open to the public at 10:00 and we encourage display cars to be in place before then.

I've had a busy couple of days and this is the first I've heard about damage etc, totally gutted, seems such a shame but If need be next year we might look into fencing certain car's off, A major gutter as one of my favourite things about Fastlane is that it gives people the opportunity to get up close and personal with car's that you wouldn't normally see but if its the only way we manage to continue to have the support of owners then so be it, end of the day no car's no show. Sadly as a lot of you know I've been on the receiving end of damage in the past so my heart truly goes out

If anyone comes along and decided's to start messing around in a dangerous manor at future event's reg's will be taken and the appropriate phone calls will be made. Sadly they are out there, 300 car's @ Fastlane 2012 and we had just 2 knacker's decided to start messing around in there car's, quite simple, they don't get back in next year.
