LPG fix Co Durham

Hi all
I have an Astra van 1.4 petrol that is dual fuel from the factory (Millbrook did the conversion at 10 miles old). Anyway, I bought the van second hand with a full tank of gas in a private deal but the engine does not switch over to lpg and continues to run on petrol (when the switch is flicked over on the dashboard I get a green led flashing quite quickly, the petrol gauge slowly swings around to indicate the full tank of gas but nowt happens.
Any ideas on what to check/what it might be? Anybody know of a garage who might look it over and know what they're talking about...?
