Cheap place to mount 4 tyres (south shields)

Can someone recommend me a place that will stick 4 winters on a spare set of rims for me? The cheaper the better. Bought them from costco yesterday but they wouldn't stick a 225 on a 8.5J rear

Have used a local mobile fella in the past and he's fab, but not the cheapest, and would like these done sooner rather than later...
