Mobile true puncture repairs ?

Got a screw through the tread of a new tyre on a Porsche Boxster, on my drive at home. Need a very low level jack to jack it up which I have not got, so can anybody recommend a mobile repair service that will do the job in Sunderland?

Hoping it can be repaired rather than need yet another new tyre
