Last time I asked a question like this I got some fantastic recommendations for Knutsfiord.

I'm going to an event at Gaydin in August.

Ideal place would be a nice not too dear country hotel in a pleasant little town.

Better still a pnessanr real ale oak beam type pub.

Safe parking or better still a car park.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Yes. I only noticed my misspelling after I posted. Shouldn't post from my phone while in a shop
Queue.

Mods could you please fix the title?

I guess anywhere within 20 miles or so.

Well I'm as open minded as the next guy but I prefer real ale pubs and classic cars to Mardi Gras.

Thanks to the mod for sorting my title.

You have to admit though, that was a little bit funny? I chuckled.
I mis spelt the title. That was why he made the joke

Some great suggestions there.

Thanks.

I'm liking the look of the Red Lion. No pribs with Best Western. Stayed in a few and they've been fine.

Hi just to update you.

We're staying at Staverton Park near Daventry, with another stop at a place called Candlesticks in Stamford, Lincolnshire.
