It's about a 25min (limits observed) run from Costa to Compass, so a fairly prompt exit at 8.15 should work well for a quick u-turn and pick up at The Compass at 8.45. From there we should comfortably make it to Gordano for a meet-up with the other convoys at 9.30, if that's agreed.

M4 Junction 18 - Arrive at 8.35am - Leave at 8.50am - Compass Inn
M5 Junction 19 - Arrive at 9.10am - Leave at 9.30am - Gordano Services
I've allowed for more time at the Swindon end, as I will get there early and there are coffee facilities there for those who need a pick me up at that time in the morning. I've then allowed a little bit more time at Gordano, as again people can stop for a drink and there will be a lot of people there.
If we all agree, I'll put this on my first post and keep that updated.
