You all get the idea of how this works now - but following the increase in attendees on Monday gone, it's going to be managed a bit better. Feel free to read the proposed event plans on the following two links and don't forget to register to park in the PH parking area with me!

M.P is quite right - I'm setting aside a well lit hard-standing area of the car park for people that register through here. Faceache has already confirmed something like 100+ people so I will soon start to advise that parking numbers are at a maximum and hope that people on there use sense to travel together. Morning all - fear not.
Having met with the venue management last night, we have decided to keep the last event of the year to a limited number of cars - as such I have closed the Facebook event group. Everyone else registered to come through PH is still very welcome and we hope to offer the same buffet / drink incentive as last time.
Apologies if there has been any confusion with the cancellation of the FB event but understandably 200+ cars turning up on a golf course can ruffle some feathers and last time some kind souls decided to leave broken glass, rubbish and tyre marks all over the place - I don't believe that was any of the PH contingency though!
As per the first number of meets, feel free to put your name down on here and I will add you to the list.

We normally offer a £5 hot buffet for those in attendance but I will be discussing things with the venue as there has been a minor Facebook backlash. To park it will remain free, but the buffet may be organised through me (and the other people helping to run it) and a simple stamp on the hand to say you have parked.Martin - I know Stu, he is welcome along.

I'm putting together a final list of those attending - we will be on the gates tonight to ensure that those that have registered get the spaces, the others will be encouraged to park up the road. Obviously if something of considerable interest shows up then there is some wiggle room, but need to keep the venue happy. Can you please let me know the name of the person coming in the GTR?See you later.
Also everyone - we will be handling the buffet money tonight, the venue have asked if we could collect the £5 from people and hand out a ticket, so if you want to take advantage of this come find me or anyone else that looks important (I have no idea as yet how we'll achieve that Haha)
