Any heating engineers local?

Guys & girls,
I need a reliable heating engineer to sort out my rads, all seem to be out of balance, silted up or whatever. Put up with this for the last five or six years but as Lez sez "funny how you can find the money when you want another car!"
might just need a flush and balance but may also need new rads fitted, 50% working here at Jag Towers, not good.
Any one in the trade or any recommendations will be greatly received,
