Yeah we need to get something sorted, one thing to consider is Hindhead tunnel will be closed on the way up, but open on return.
Normally we meet on the M27. If it's closed northbound at Hindhead, should we meet on the M3 then?

Hindhead tunnel is due to reopen at 09.00, is it worth considering a delayed arrival at MBW to await reopen as the diversion is not good by all accounts
No, you've seen the parking at MBW. It fills quickly. Probably best to arrive earlier rather than later.

How about the Bordon/Farnham then A31 up to Hogs Back Guildford rejoining the A3?

Some nice sweepers and fast DC's??

Im up for a tag along

D
Im swaying toward M3 on the way up and Hindhead on the return but if the masses want fast sweepers then I could be persuaded.

Think i'll do the diversion route as Winchester and M3 is a bit out of the way for me, never know tunnel might open earlier.
OK. Where do you wanna meet then? Hedgend?

Hi guys, I was just pondering organising a little hoon to get us there... Shame about the tunnel on the way up. In case I forget to mention it, watch out for a camera van on the A3 near the M25 if we go that way.

This will be my first hoon in my new car which is very appropriate for this SS smile To give you a clue... my two Mercs have 1,014 bhp between them driving

Can I suggest we meet at Hedge End as usual... and that we don't openly speculate about the route we may take wink
As long as we don't do any loose surfaced / unfinished roads this time im happy to leave the route up to you. What time at HE then?

Eddie

Yeah, twas a good hoon this morning (well for me and Notax at least). Shame the other cars kept getting caught behind dawdlers. Love the sound of that SLS mate and good to see it being used properly....... i was most pleased that i wasn't lagging with the little (although proper rapid) A45 either. The telemetry from the morning run makes interesting viewing given it was wet!

Nice to catch up with the rest of you too. Sean, that McMac sounds lovely, very much like the AMG F1 cars at low revs now im sat comparing it.

Ive got a couple of pics of the cars at HE so i'll fire them up later.
