Haven Hotel Garage - Sandbanks - 1970s

Morning folks...
A bit of a long shot, but on PH there's always somebody that knows somebody...
Back in the 1978, my Stag was purchased by a couple at a garage adjacent to the Haven Hotel in Sandbanks, right by the ferry, possibly called the Haven Hotel Garage.
It's long since gone, and a block of apartments now stands in its place. I just wondered if anyone knew of the garage, or had a photo of it when it was there? Google just seems to bring up lots of more recent photos with the appartments there.
My Stag has a fantastic history file, I'm just trying to fill in some gaps...
Any help gratefully received...
