SouthWest Dawrset meet Feb21st

Hi all I am arranging a meet on the Feb21st down here in great old Dawrset.
It will be from 12 onwards, which should give people enough time to get there and the roads to thaw out. So providing where all not pissed then a hoon could bee the order of the day!
We will be heading out to Drusillas Inn Just outside Wimborne.
The venue accommodates a large car park along with superb catering facilities for all to enjoy so the more the merrier.

Sat Navs and Google earth will drop you off either too far away or not close enough
If you are coming from the East and North you will need to carry on further up the road. You will need to carry on driving till you out of the tree closed road and until you can just see green fields. A couple of hundred yards later a small thatch building will appear. Small discrete entrance just past the building and drive on in to the car park.
If you are coming from the West then you will be taken to far so if you start to look left as the Sat Nav says you are getting close there will be a discrete entrance before the building hidden behind a tree drive on in to the car park.

Ive sent an email to the stocks inn and hadn't had a reply yet.May go give them a visit. Pete mentioned Branksome and that but to be fair I think we need to be more Wimborne way so the Bristol and Hampshire lot come get to us with ease.2. Hi guys, sorry for the lack of updates been a bit of hectic week and what not.

Drusillas Inn are more then happy to take us all with welcoming arms as for the ground clearance issue I will go find out for myself sometimes this week hopefully.
Now a few people have Bournemouth and Poole bread have mentioned going to holes bay mcdonalds car park for the meet.
The ups and the downs
1, Large levelled car park. 1, numerous speed bumps.
2, Place to sit. 2, may get unwanted visitors.
3, Easy food and cheap. 3, may be out of distance for certain people.
So if I could see a show of hands either mcdonalds holes bay or drusillas inn wimborne

Just did the maths and we should have about 26 P'hers defiantly going and 40+ in total!
Since no one is making a big fight for anywhere else it looks like Drusillas it will be but as offered by Pete I will check out the bakers arms and the worlds end very soon. All three of these pubs offer fantastic driving roads so I will map a course too in case anyone wants to-do it.

It will more then likely be the the Drusillas inn. They are more than happy to take us and have a large enough car park for us all and it concreted too which is good. Unless there are any real quibbles with it then to Drusillas we will go. I will go down there Sunday afternoon and see how busy it gets and say hi face to face and try to get some pictures of the place and maybe see if we can get any deals on food and drink.
Additional notes.
How worried are people about going for a drive after? Because if there is a great interest over it I will plan out a route for us all.

I went to see Drusilla's inn today and it seemed like quite a nice place. Large inside with separate pub and restaurant.
The car park is extremely large and mostly concreted.
The staff seem really friendly and couldn't do enough to help, even asking what food we might like. I said pies.
The only down side is the car park is badly pitted and there is a speed bump but the landlord re-assured me the holes would be filled by then and if need be they will make the bump more accessible for our lower cars. The bump itself is 3inches. If anyone thinks they might scrape, please state and I will inform them.
Now time for convoys.
